Role Purpose:
Working closely with senior personnel, develop, maintain and support Experian
products and services.  Maintain and modify existing application software
based on new software release requirements.  Provide system support on
production issues, user and tester needs.  Work involves interaction with
Software Testers, Software Managers and User Groups.

Major Job Functions:
* Provide application analysis/design and coding for all software assignments, working closely with senior personnel.
* Provide accurate and efficient software in accordance with design specifications.
* Provide unit testing for all software assignments, working closely with senior personnel.
* Provide documentation for software assignments, consistent with applicable standards.
* Provide application support on production issues, working closely with senior personnel.
* Work with Cross-Functional Teams to program and validate software implementation. 
Major Complexities:
* Adhere to software-coding standards.
* Ensure overall efficiency of software enhancements.
* Must be able to work in a dynamic development environment with shifting project priorities.
* Being flexible, have a desire and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies, and be acceptable to new ideas.
* Must work well in a cross-functional team environment.
* Must be able to deal with ambiguity.
Required Education/Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
* Exposure to relevant computing platforms.
* Exposure to platform-specific tools and utilities and languages. 
* Good written and verbal communication skills (Intermediate English Skills)
* C/C++ experience, Linux experience and Agile methodology is desirable.
  Required Experience:
* Minimum 2 years programming experience.
