Job title: Territory Account Manager (TAM) for Commercial Chile
The Business Entity
Cisco’s Commercial business is comprised of the private businesses in Chile, reaching out to large Enterprises, Mid-Market and Small companies. The role has the opportunity to influence technology decisions for a wide set of customers in a very diverse set of industries and through the entire Cisco Partner Community.
The Team
The role will be a key player within the Commercial Business in Chile, providing a basis for growth of the non-named business within a defined geo boundary and a named set of accounts. The role is expected to leverage partners, distributors and marketing resources to create new business for Cisco.
• Responsible for the growth of a fixed set of named accounts within a defined geography or vertical.
• Develops/hunts for opportunities through sales & marketing activities to end customers leveraging partners and distributors.
Role & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
●Responsible for bookings goal for Territory (including Services attach)
●Drives strategic plan with 2 Tier Distributors in the territory in order to align Distribution resources to drive no-named business
●Leverages Distributor and Partner resources to scale pre-sales and Demand Generation capacity
●Owns demand generation initiatives for no-named territory, ensuring consistent funnel growth and health
●Executes weekly/monthly/quarterly sales motion activities (call blitz, customer visits, etc).
●Owns Demand Generation cadence, directly and through Territory partners
●Supports strategic / large / highly competitive deals in his/her Territory (and VSAM accounts when needed)
●Responsible for forecast accuracy and keeping a clean SFDC funnel, ensuring forward looking funnel health, at least Current+2 Q
●Maintains accurate track of TIP/OIPs in his/her territory.
Minimum Qualifications
● College Graduate Degree
● Minimum 4 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales job with Cisco
● Knowledge of Cisco’s Distribution channel
● Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish
● Basic Account Management knowledge
● English and Spanish languages
Desired Skills
● BS in Engineering is a Plus
● 2 years of Account Management Experience (account planning, building customer intimacy)
● Sales experience with Cisco technology, directly or through channel community
● Experience with Marketing tools (traditional & digital)
● Savvy on Cisco Arquitectures
