Key Account Sales
The Key Account Sales will be in charge of Accounts and Application Management in Chile for company Mining, providing strategic and/or operational support to the business. The person will be responsible for staff and budget; building and maintaining strong long-lasting customer relationships, utilizing the entire company offering and solutions, to increase market share and deliver superior customer value.
About the position
• KAM, for selected customer key accounts.
• Drive execution of account plans.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (KPI’s)
• Communicating evolution of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Lead budgeting process to integrate account and product line view and local versus global view.
• Recruit, retain and develop the account management team including succession planning.
• Lead budget process to integrate accounts and product lines and local versus global view.
• Segment the target market and assigns accounts to the team.
• Ensure that cross product line account teams operate effectively to guarantee the development of overall company solutions.
• Ensuring connection to global teams and consistency with operating rules.
• Prioritizing projects according to business needs.
• Drive a value-focused organization in the team.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Engineering, the position requires at least 7 years experience in sales (direct sales, KAM, product management, commercial or sales management).
? MBA desirable but not mandatory
? Experience in team management and leadership.
? Experience in direct customer interaction, understanding how to process customer requirements.
? Developed network in mining industry.
? Knowledge of mining processes.
? Project development and management.
? Knowledge in mining products (technical applications) local mining market.
? Advanced English (Mandatory)
? Driving license, B class.
? Certificate of health compatible with working at high altitudes.
? Place of work : Santiago , Chile
? Availability for traveling (70%)
? Required Competencies: Business Performance Management, Planning: Tactical, Strategic,Effectiveness Measurement, Interpersonal Relationships, Effective Communications.
