Our client is an important international automotive company.
• To achieve the goals of Network Development and understanding local dealers’ mindset and behavior in South America and understanding of dealer’s business model (major distribution channel, customer, financial information etc.) and able to analyze their strength and weakness
• Dealer prospecting, candidate assessment, selection and appointment
• Market Area Survey and Market Area Plan implementation
• Facilities planning, corporate identity planning, budgeting and implementation
• Dealer standard upgrading, development and measurement
• Dealer franchise agreement administration
• Dealer network competitive benchmarking
• Business management development and economic model study and management
• Conducts dealer’s meeting
• Coordinates all customers satisfaction activities both on sales and aftersales
• Identifies the possibility of implement a Dealer Management System to enable the dealers achieve operational excellence
• Carry out commercial activities in the market in cooperation with Sales, Marketing departments.
• Scan competitive activities, industry movement, and produce a quality market intelligence report on a regular basis
• Support Dealers in developing and improving their sales business in order to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
• Advises and support the Dealer Network to improve their overall business performance and negotiate with Dealers to establish mutually beneficial business
• Identifies training needs and direct business development activities for the sales and related equipment
• Develops and monitor budgets, annual business and marketing plans and activities of the dealer network
• Realize the requirements of company transition and development, fully explore the advantage and potential of employees and help them to improve competency?make the team comprehensive competency meet the company development needs.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience managing dealers/distributors in South America market in the automobile industry.
• Team work skill, good communication skills, planning and analysis skills, multicultural values
• Travel could be require.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to use on a daily basis.
• Working or studying abroad experiences could be a plus.
