SALES MANAGER - INGENIERO ELÉCTRICO O ELECTRICISTA
To ensure the company goals acomplishment through an action plan according to the sales targets.
To be responsible for region Chile
In the future ideal development en region Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and Peru – in that order
· To identify business oportunities in order to increase the value added to customers through the diferent channels (ourselves and distributors)
· To accomplish the annual sales target and the business profitability
· To support the preparation of sales plans, forecasts and budgets, to achieve the percentages of introduction and participation in our markets
· To thoroughly know the products and solutions, with all their charateristics and applications.
FUNCTIONS, RESPONSABILITIES AND AUTHORITY IN HSEQ
- To report and investigate the incidents (accidents and near misses), as well as the potential risks, according to the company procedures and implement corrective actions in order to decrease the probability of new cases.
- To promote actively health, safety and environment protection in the working place
- To fulfill the standards and programs regarding environmental protection defined by the company
- To be aware of consequences if the policies, standards, procedures and controls stablished for HSEQ, when they are not accomplished.
· Others included in the matrix of responsibilities of the ‘SG-SST’.
· Overall experience of 10 years in electrical engineering business
· Over 5 years experience in electric substation sales
· Electrical equipment and solutions sales experience
Ideal that he/she knows the regional market (Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and Peru)
· Electrical engineer or similar with knowledge in HV, MV, LV electrical substations.
- English level: Good communication skills, writing and oral.
4.000.000 USD Bonus results ( 3 -5 salaries per year). The benefit is to be arranged according to the profile.
