Core responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations of the store and personnel management as the first owners for customer satisfaction.
Responsibility description
1. Responsible for routine operations and customers' overall satisfaction.
2. Monitor the operation results and conduct targeted analysis. Develop effective measures based on the analysis to achieve the KPIs.
3. Develop proper shift schedules to satisfy the requirements for peak hours (especially on holidays).
4. Monitor the employees to provide qualified services by conforming to various service codes adaptive to Huawei’s service process.
5. Handle abnormalities and customer complaints. Maintain good relationship with the customers.
6. Monitor daily profits and losses and take the responsibility for operation results.
7. Build the team culture and promote the Huawei value amongst all employees. Organize corporate culture activities to boost culture and value identification.
8. Identify and cultivate talents to optimize the team structure.
9. Conduct performance appraisal to employees and help them to grow.
10. Participate in the recruitment of employees.
11. Give suggestions to the employees’ probation review, promotion and salary adjustment
12. Summarize service experiences and output service cases.
