Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role supports SOCO growth through Innovation, Pack Price and the PEP+ Calendar. As Associated Analyst, the position ensures timely and high-quality delivery of the Innovation & Commercialization pipeline,



coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with Brand Managers (L8+) and leadership across R&D;, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and others.

Key responsibilities include leading Big Bets (Multipacks, Tostitos, Portfolio of the Future), managing timelines, risks and resources under the Stage-Gate process, and driving execution across marketing, sales, R&D; and supply chain. The role also contributes to transforming the Innovation process into a more strategic, agile and digital journey, aligning with PMOs to unify projects for efficiency and cost avoidance.

The professional must demonstrate resilience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from simple changes to breakthrough initiatives, ensuring accurate Innovation forecasting and maximizing project success pre- and post-launch.
