The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic engagement programs for designated end-user accounts to drive adoption of HID solutions and support long-term customer success. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business objectives, security challenges, and technology roadmaps. The position partners closely with sales, marketing, technical teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to promote HID’s portfolio and future technologies. Through consultative engagement, education, and business development activities, the Business Development Manager helps expand customer relationships, increase market awareness, and contribute to revenue growth across key vertical markets.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Providing educational/awareness briefings and trainings for End‑users to reinforce HID General role as a “Trusted Advisor”.
- Attending applicable industry tradeshows, meetings, and other HID internal and external events, especially with focus on speaking and presentation opportunity.
- Providing timely and accurate monthly status report of group activities and progress, including product mix, time
