The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Senior Architect, OpenShift App Platform with deep technical, strategic, and business leadership in modern application platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of complex solutions that help customers modernize their software delivery.
You will work directly with customer architecture, development, and operations teams to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) can enhance operational efficiency, developer productivity, and business velocity.



You will serve as a subject matter expert, delivering workshops, proofs of concept, and tailored demonstrations that articulate the value of AI-assisted development tools and modern software delivery pipelines.
What you will do
Architect and Design: Lead the design of complex, production-grade solutions based on Red Hat OpenShift, focusing on Internal Developer Platforms (like Red Hat Developer Hub/Backstage), CI/CD modernization, and AI-assisted workflows.
Customer Engagement: Lead technical discovery sessions, and workshops, to identify customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Red Hat's portfolio. Build strategic relationships and become a trusted advisor to senior technical and business leaders within customer organizations.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Platform Engineering and AI-Assisted Application Modernization for customer and internal teams, guiding them through
