We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support large‑scale construction projects and programmes. The adecuado candidate is a strong communicator with a proven record of producing accurate, timely estimates.

Responsibilities
- Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design with internal and external staff.
- Deliver and present updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
- Provide program‑level estimates for specific scopes of work.
- Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of support staff.
- Review proposed design changes and new technologies, preparing estimates within appropriate accuracy levels.
- Drive cost model trends by collecting, analysing, and summarising cost information from completed projects.
- Assess cost effectiveness of alternate products and value engineering ideas at a program level.




- Support training for development and external estimating teams on new project estimating tools and templates.
- Prepare leadership presentations for the client’s pre‑construction and estimating team.
- Deliver life‑cycle costing models.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a construction cost management role such as cost manager, quantity surveyor, estimator, or cost engineer.
- Experience providing conceptual estimating and pre‑construction services for mining or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of technical construction matters, including value engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
