Compensation: Performance-based (high commissions, uncapped network bonuses, and milestone payouts) plus expense compensation upon KPI achievement. Terms are confirmed in the applicable agreement.

Position Overview

As a Global MLM Leader / Brand Ambassador, you will develop and lead local or international partner structures, represent Assetara professionally, and support the growth of the ecosystem in your assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing network of partners globally.
- Network Development: Drive sustainable network turnover and support consistent volume growth in accordance with company policies and applicable law.
- Representation:



Act as an official regional representative, conducting webinars, Zoom meetings, and live presentations using approved materials.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate activity records in the company CRM and follow approved duplication models.
- Compliance: Communicate responsibly, avoid unapproved financial claims, and comply with company rules and applicable local regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in network marketing (MLM), affiliate marketing, or high-ticket sales; fintech, crypto, or forex experience is an advantage.
- An active network of investors, regional leaders, or sales professionals.
- Strong leadership, communication, public-speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-oriented mindset and sound understanding of network-based performance compensation.
- Fluent English; additional local languages are beneficial.
