Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and business teams to design, build,



and operate platform capabilities that accelerate delivery of customer value with high quality, velocity, and safety.
- Develop and maintain standardized tooling for deploying and running the Salesforce Platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise best practices and Cybersecurity compliance requirements.
- Continuously evolve the Salesforce platform to adopt modern technologies that improve performance, resiliency, high availability, and cost efficiency.
- Architect and implement self-service capabilities for the Salesforce team by automating provisioning, deployment pipelines, and observability workflows to reduce operational overhead and eliminate manual touchpoints.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to raise engineering standards and align platform strategy with broader Salesforce release goals.
