Job Summary

The Compliance Analyst provides operational support to the Compliance function, handling routine regulatory inquiries, reporting follow-up, PEP/KYC records, controls, and documentation management. The role also supports insider information procedures, audit requests, and the periodic review of the Crime Prevention Model. The Analyst is expected to work with diligence, confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution.

Job Responsibilities
- Handles, under limited supervision, simple local regulatory inquiries and complaints ensuring responses, follow-ups, and related documentation are prepared accurately, in a timely manner
- Support the follow-up of regulatory reporting obligations, including the collection, tracking, validation, and timely submission of information, while ensuring proper recordkeeping.
- Process, maintain, and periodically update PEP-related customer records and other relevant AML/KYC information, as well as perform testing and execute relevant controls, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.




- Support insider information procedures by maintaining records and monitoring operational compliance (Law 18045 Title XXI).
- Update compliance controls and support the review, testing, and documentation of the Crime Prevention Model.
- Maintain compliance policies, templates, trackers, logs, records, and operational processes for the legal entity, making sure they are kept current, complete, properly filed, and available in the required format and timeframe when needed.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by coordinating document requests, compiling evidence, tracking pending items, and following up on action plans with diligence, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Provide general operational support to the Compliance function in day-to-day tasks, including document administration, follow-up of pending matters, coordination with internal stakeholders, and other activities assigned by the CCO, always ensuring confidentiality,
