As a Software Engineer specializing in Tauri, you will develop lightweight, cross-platform desktop applications that prioritize performance and security. You will leverage the power of Rust for backend logic while utilizing modern web technologies for the frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience across different operating systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and build high-performance desktop applications using the Tauri framework and Rust.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement efficient backend logic and system integrations using Rust to ensure minimal resource consumption.
- Optimize application binaries for speed, size, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Ensure the security and stability of desktop applications by following industry best practices for systems programming.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on desktop application development.
- Proven expertise in developing lightweight cross-platform applications using Tauri and Rust.
- Proficiency in web technologies for building modern desktop user interfaces.
- Strong background in combining high-performance Rust backends with web-based frontends.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
