Role Description The Logistics Documentation Coordinator is a part-time remote role responsible for managing and maintaining accurate shipping, export, and logistics records. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing export documentation, verifying compliance with applicable regulations, and ensuring all shipment details are correctly recorded in internal systems. The role involves coordinating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve documentation issues, track shipment status, and support timely delivery. The coordinator will also assist with supply chain data reporting, support customer inquiries related to documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and templates.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes to handle logistics documentation accurately and compliantly.
Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and basic data entry skills.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a remote environment.
Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export documentation is beneficial; a degree or coursework in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
