MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

* Experience working with digital organizations.

* Experience closing agreements and meeting business goals with key brands,
agencies, and partners.
* Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client
relationship management in this region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience with YouTube and video landscape expertise.
* Experience tracking business metrics, analyzing performance trends,
documenting client success stories, and reporting strategy effectiveness
against regional business goals.
* Knowledge of creator business generation strategies, including designing,
packaging, and commercializing influencer programs, sponsorships, and
high-profile events.
* Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across internal teams (Sales,
Product Specialists, Creator Partnerships, Insights, and Creative) to develop
pitch decks, objection-handling resources, and external narratives.




* Excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating complex data and
ecosystem mechanics into compelling, highly persuasive sales stories.
