Location: Santiago, Chile

We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Civil Engineer to join our team as a PV & BESS Engineer. This position is designed for a fresh graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in the renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on Solar PV and Battery Energy
Storage Systems (BESS).
The adecuado candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in developing expertise in renewable energy technologies and project execution.

Requirements:
Electrical Civil Engineering degree (mandatory)
Graduated in 2025 or 2026
0–2 years of professional experience
Strong interest in Solar PV and BESS technologies
Academic, internship, or project experience related to solar, energy systems, electrical engineering, PMGD, C&I;, or BESS is valued
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, solar PV systems, or energy storage
Advanced English level

Responsibilities:
Support the technical development and implementation of Solar PV and BESS projects
Provide technical support for PV and BESS solutions, including system configuration and project analysis
Assist with technical calculations, documentation, and engineering activities
Support the evaluation of customer technical requirements and project specifications
Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and other internal teams
Participate in technical meetings and discussions with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Support the preparation of technical presentations and project documentation
Continuously develop knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, inverter
