In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $26.00/hr.
- All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
- Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications*

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year as an apartment maintenance technician is highly desirable.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining building systems in an older apartment community with a strong focus on plumbing and HVAC repairs is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards
- One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar).
- Basic computer skills.
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English.
