Summary

We are looking for a Platform Support Engineer to help maintain and improve the reliability of MerQube’s production systems.

In this role, you will investigate technical issues, debug backend services and data pipelines,



and work closely with engineers across the organization to diagnose and resolve system problems. You will gain deep visibility into MerQube’s platform and play an important role in ensuring that our systems operate reliably for internal teams.

This position is adecuado for engineers who enjoy problem solving, debugging complex systems, and learning how large-scale platforms operate. Support Engineers work across multiple parts of the system, making this role a great opportunity to develop a broad understanding of backend architecture, data pipelines, and financial data processing.

You will also help identify recurring issues and collaborate with the broader engineering team to improve system reliability and reduce operational friction.

- Investigate and diagnose production issues, bugs, and system failures
