Responsibilities
- Develop technical and service training materials based on the characteristics of the local market.
- Deliver training to key positions in after-sales service stores, including technicians and service advisors.
- Regularly organize and analyze training data and provide feedback to the Chinese team.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in after-sales training.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Marketing, Business is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-directed, requiring limited supervision.
- Completion of a certified technician program is an advantage.
- Excellent overall understanding of automotive technology and repair.
