This role also involves team supervision and cross-functional collaboration.### Key Responsibilities* Manage accounting, tax, payroll, and treasury operations* Prepare and review financial and management reports* Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards (PCGA/IFRS)* Oversee monthly close processes and financial accuracy* Manage relationships with international clients* Supervise and guide team members, including delegation and conflict resolution* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows* Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements### Requirements* Professional degree in Accounting, Finance,
