The Orchard Chile is seeking a Manager, Paid Media & Growth Strategy to drive bespoke paid media campaigns for LATAM labels and artists. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Marketing, and label stakeholders to align plans with artist objectives, and work with integral teams to optimize performance.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in paid media, strong Spanish and English, and hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Spotify, and analytics tools like Datorama.
