Main Purpose
Act as the key link between Seed Processing and Seed Production Innovation by planning, coordinating,



and ensuring the effective strategic and operational execution of all involved squads, including washery cleaning, seed calibration, packing, treatment, recleaning, and conditioning, in accordance with established process timelines. Ensure timely delivery to meet business and customer requirements while implementing new technologies under local conditions to enhance seed quality, ensure compliance, and reduce costs in alignment with the Seed Technology Solutions strategy. Lead daily processing batch planning and actively participate in cross-functional alignment meetings covering harvest planning, production, quality, trade, and compliance, ensuring full visibility across functions throughout the entire process for Vegetables and Row Crops processes.
