This Assistant Maintenance Supervisor wil be responsible for overseeing, planning, and ensuring the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across airport VIP lounge facilities, equipment, and systems. Ensures optimal comfort, safety, operational reliability, and asset availability while maintaining compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Supports uninterrupted operations and upholds a premium passenger experience through proactive maintenance management and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervise building maintenance routines, including electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, carpentry, cold chambers, and operational equipment.
Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, minimizing failures and downtime.
Coordinate internal teams and outsourced service providers, controlling deadlines, quality, and safety.
Manage technical service requests, prioritizing critical incidents that impact VIP lounge operations.




Oversee construction, renovations, and retrofit/expansion projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Monitor the performance of HVAC, power, lighting, water, and sewage systems. Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT), occupational safety regulations, ANAC requirements, and airport rules.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), and report operational deviations.
Support the Operations area in risk management and service continuity.
Take preventive actions to avoid shutdowns, recurring failures, and impacts on customer experience.
Communicate directly with VIP lounge clients, when necessary, EXPLAINING interventions, operational impacts, and normalization timelines, ensuring transparency and preserving the passenger experience.

About you:

Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
