Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, connecting,



and managing digital platforms that support the online presence and operations of restaurant clients. This role combines SaaS implementation, marketing operations, automation, and data organization, with a strong focus on building scalable systems for the hospitality industry.
You will work across listings, reputation, reservations, websites, CRM, automation, and BI tools to help restaurants get discovered, booked, and managed more effectively online.
Responsibilities
Set up and configure client accounts across listings, reputation, reservation, ordering, website, and CRM platforms, tailoring each environment to the restaurant’s needs.
Collect, organize, and structure raw business information from restaurant owners and managers, including descriptions, menus, hours, photos, and operational details.
Use spreadsheets, forms, and AI tools to clean, standardize, and prepare data for publishing across multiple platforms.
