About the Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing industrial technology company developing AI-powered software that helps manufacturers optimize production performance through advanced real-time optimization and industrial intelligence solutions.
We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to support the deployment and implementation of industrial software across customer sites throughout the Americas. This is a highly customer-facing role that combines industrial engineering, automation, and technical project delivery.
You'll work directly with plant operations, automation, maintenance, IT/OT teams, and internal engineering specialists to ensure successful software implementation—from technical validation and commissioning through operational start-up and stabilization.
This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys working on industrial sites, solving technical challenges, and acting as the bridge between plant operations and technical delivery teams.




What You'll Do
Execute on-site implementation, commissioning, testing, and start-up activities at customer manufacturing plants.
Validate industrial connectivity, communications, signals, and data availability required for software deployment.
Support configuration reviews, operational validation, and implementation of industrial optimization solutions.
Act as the technical liaison between plant operations and internal Engineering, Data Science, and Project Delivery teams.
Gather operational requirements, identify technical constraints, and translate plant needs into actionable implementation plans.
Coordinate functional and technical testing alongside automation, maintenance, IT/OT, and engineering teams.
Document implementation progress, configuration changes, technical issues, and project milestones.
Collect operational data, logs, evidence, and feedback to support troubleshooting and continuous improvem
