About The Role

We're looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our in-house design team, delivering engineering solutions across luxury villas and boutique hotels. You'll integrate MEP systems seamlessly across all stages of design development — from schematic through to tender documentation — collaborating with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and client representatives under the direction of the MEP Design Manager.

Location & Collaboration Format:

This is a fully remote position.
You should be based in LATAM region time or close to it.
