About the Role

We are seeking an Application Specialist / Senior Application Support professional to ensure the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of business‑critical applications in an industrial and mining environment.
This role acts as a key bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, supporting mission‑critical platforms while contributing to improvement and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high availability and operational continuity of assigned applications.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including incident, problem, and change management.
Act as the technical focal point for vendors and third‑party service providers.
Support and manage application components such as servers, integrations, proxies, and monitoring tools.
Participate in application enhancement, development, and modernization initiatives.
Support on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, including migration projects.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, Business stakeholders, QA teams, and operational users.




Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvements in performance, stability, and security.

Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in mining, industrial, or large‑scale operational environments.
Exposure to safety, risk prevention, or operational monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of Modular Mining systems, including: Dispatch - Provision - FrontRunner.
Familiarity with CASWEB or similar mining operational web platforms.
Proven experience in enterprise application support and operations.
Solid knowledge of:
Application architecture and system integrations.
.NET‑based applications and supporting technologies.
Databases and data flows.
