Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Owner or Writer role based in Santiago. The role involves overseeing and creating written content related to real estate, mortgages, and proptech offerings, ensuring that all materials align with the company’s brand voice and strategic objectives. Day-to-day tasks may include researching market trends, drafting articles, marketing copy, and property descriptions, reviewing and refining content for clarity and accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to gather information and align messaging. The Owner or Writer may also contribute to content planning, help maintain editorial standards, and support campaign development to engage potential customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate content in English.
- Candidates should possess research and analytical skills,



including the ability to interpret market information and present it in a user-friendly way.
- Candidates should possess editorial skills, such as content planning, basic editing, and attention to detail for reviewing written materials.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in real estate, mortgages, finance, or technology-focused content is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Santiago and adaptability to evolving business needs is important.
