The Marketing Activation Executive plays a key role in executing national marketing initiatives and promotional programs that drive profitable growth, strengthen brand equity, and support the achievement of commercial objectives across assigned categories.
- Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of coupon promotion strategies across the Batteries business.
- Manage relationships with coupon vendors and serve as the internal subject matter expert on couponing tools.
- Oversee Batteries A&P; and coupon redemption budgets, including reporting, reconciliations, and purchase order creation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with approved budgets and serve as the budgeting tool superuser for North America.
- Manage the relationship with the website vendor and oversee maintenance of the North America Batteries websites.




- Support the execution of key marketing initiatives and promotional programs by coordinating creative assets or developing briefs for the Creative Design team.
- Maintain the Brand Activation Portal, ensuring Shopper Activation teams have easy access to current marketing assets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Shopper Activation teams to ensure flawless, on-time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional business experience.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) industry is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
