The HRBP provides HR consultation and support for Epson's Chile subsidiary. The adecuado candidate will have experience and uses knowledge of various human resources functions; including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide tactical human resources support to managers and staff. Strong in a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Principal Accountabilities

*In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:*
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to support the areas of recruiting, selection, compensation administration, employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, legal compliance, metrics & reporting, performance management, and HR process improvement
- Provide direction, counsel/coaching, and business analytics that enables leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations




- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters
- Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and always demonstrate a commitment to exceptional employee support
- Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned
- Improve HR processes in support of the business to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies on a hybrid work model mode.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - has a track record of delivering on commitment
