Our opportunity

This is a senior People leadership role responsible for the full people




partnering agenda across frontline operations in Latin America, spanning
Contract Logistics and Landside Transportation. The role operates at scale —
large workforce populations, multiple countries, high-volume operational sites
and depot networks — and requires a leader equally capable of shaping strategic
direction and rolling up their sleeves on complex, on-the-ground workforce
challenges.

The Head of People Partners – LAM Frontline will serve as the primary People
Function interface for the region’s most operationally intensive business lines,
working in close partnership with Area and Regional leadership and leading a
cross-regional team of People Partners from depot level upward.
