Your Mission

As a Mechanical Lead, you will lead the supervision and coordination of mechanical installations for the project, ensuring proper execution, quality, technical compliance, and integration of critical mechanical systems within a Data Center or mission-critical facility. You will work closely with the client, engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities





Provide technical leadership and support to the project management and construction teams on mechanical matters.
Lead and supervise mechanical construction and installation activities on site.
Coordinate mechanical installations with other MEP disciplines and project trades.
Supervise the technical integration of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and BMS/Controls systems, including logic and automation integration.
Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and quality standards.
Oversee construction activities, including pipe flushing, testing, inspections, and full-cycle commissioning (Levels 1–5).
Identify, coordinate, and resolve technical interfaces, clashes, and construction issues during project execution.
Participate in technical meetings with clients, engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
