We are on the hunt for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst with a robust track record in digital transformation projects, with a specific focus on eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This position requires working in tandem with cross-functional teams to deliver projects with real impact that drive business expansion and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will show a proven ability to gather and interpret business requirements, develop solutions, and secure project success amid dynamic, shifting conditions.

Responsibilities Take the lead on analyzing and documenting business requirements for digital transformation projects, with particular focus on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions

Connect with vital stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to grasp business objectives and turn them into functional and technical specifications

Carry out in-depth process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations

Ensure ongoing alignment between business objectives and technology solutions through close collaboration with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners

Evaluate and document current systems, processes, and data flows to uncover opportunities for improvement or automation

Direct the development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects operating in an Agile/Scrum environment

Contribute to and shape the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, keeping scalability, performance, and user experience at the forefront

Conduct risk assessments and clearly relay the potential impact of changes to stakeholders

Run workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather input, align on project goals, and deliver ongoing progress reports

Support testing efforts, confirming that business requirements are satisfied through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA)



Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree seen as an added benefit)

A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects

Extensive experience with eCommerce platforms, such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or CommerceTools

Familiarity with CMS tools, including Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress, or similar platforms

Proven experience leading requirements gathering for complex systems and generating clear, actionable specifications

Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, backed by hands-on experience in an Agile project environment

Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to transform data into insights that inform business decisions

Skilled in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagramming

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with digital collaboration and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to succeed in fast-paced environments
