Senior Associate — Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

We are looking for a sharp, commercially driven Senior Associate to join our Corporate Banking team in Santiago. This is a front-office role with real client ownership and transaction complexity: you will identify opportunities, structure deals, and contribute directly to the Bank's commercial performance in Chile. Business Development & Client Coverage

You will proactively identify and approach corporate clients aligned with the Bank's target sectors, manage assigned portfolios, and deepen commercial engagement over time. You will conduct market and sector research to stay ahead of opportunities in the Chilean corporate banking landscape.

Transaction Structuring & Credit

You will structure lending transactions — bilateral loans, trade finance facilities, and project finance operations — and prepare credit proposals, financial models,



and risk assessments. You will also prepare and present materials for Credit Committees and ensure documentation meets governance and regulatory standards.

Portfolio Management & Compliance

You will monitor your portfolio, escalate early warning signals when needed, and ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC standards, CMF regulations, and BoC Group internal policies. You will coordinate across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Finance throughout the transaction lifecycle. What you bring

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate studies or financial certifications are a plus.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate banking, financial analysis, or related areas.

Proven experience in credit proposal preparation, transaction structuring, and client relationship management.

Solid understanding of Chilean banking regulations and banking products. Project finance experience is desirable.

Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English — both are required in this role.

Strong commercial mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. What we offer A front-office role with real P&L; visibility and client ownership.
