Senior AI Engineer (Node.js, Python) at BairesDev As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and scale production-grade artificial intelligence systems leveraging both Node.js and Python ecosystems.

You will act as a key technical driver to integrate advanced language models and orchestration frameworks into reliable, enterprise-ready applications.

What You'll Do Design and implement robust backend architectures and APIs to support complex AI workflows.

Integrate large language models and establish efficient retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic systems.

Build and optimize data pipelines and orchestration flows to ensure reliable, high-performance model execution.

Implement production-level MLOps practices, including evaluation methodologies, monitoring, and observability.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable, secure cloud-deployed AI solutions.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.

Proven expertise in Node.js and Python for building production-grade AI systems.

Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI APIs, and implementing RAG or agentic workflows.

Solid understanding of API development, MLOps practices, and cloud deployment.

Experience with AI evaluation methodologies and observability frameworks.
