Key Platforms
Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.
Energy Storage The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader)
and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).
Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate O&M; activities for Envision's renewable energy assets in Chile, Mexico, and selected Latin American markets.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performance O&M; teams, directly overseeing local and regional contractors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and asset management plans ensuring maximum availability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial analysis for O&M; operations, supporting performance-based contracting and cost optimization.
- Drive rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs, complying with all regional regulations and company standards.
- Utilize advanced digital platforms and analytics to monitor and report asset performance, diagnose issues, and enable data-driven improvements.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (regulatory agencies, vendors,
service providers) to ensure alignment and best-in-class O&M; delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational excellence.
- Support the planning and execution of major component replacements, upgrades, and lifecycle extension programs.
- Prepare and present regular performance, risk, and compliance reports to senior regional and global management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, renewable energy, or related technical field; master's preferred.
- Experience in O&M; management within wind, solar, or hybrid renewable energy assets, including in Latin America.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multi-cultural teams; prior direct people and contractor management required.
- Strong track record implementing O&M; best practices, preventive/corrective maintenance, and operational excellence programs.
- Proficiency with O&M; digital platforms, CMMS, and asset performance analytics.
- Thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements, HSE policies, and related compliance protocols.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interfacing with vendors, regulators, and general stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Latin America and internationally as required.
- High integrity, commitment to Envision values, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Available to travel to the site (around 70%)
