What You'll Do
Plan and supervise operations including unloading, sorting, and dispatching to ensure continuous flow and reduce processing times. Optimize staffing in real-time by reallocating resources based on demand and contingencies. Lead the operational team by clearly assigning tasks, monitoring attendance, providing constant feedback, and promoting company culture.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Advanced Excel skills for KPI analysis and operational management tools. Proven experience leading and managing teams of over 30 people in high-demand logistics environments. Strong knowledge in Supply Chain and effective implementation of continuous improvement methodologies.
