What You'll Do

Ensure the quality of shipments for our users and the added value of the team you lead. Identify improvement opportunities in the process to enhance the experience for sellers and buyers on our platform. Consolidate a highly efficient team with the highest safety standards and an excellent work environment within the Storage and Distribution Center.

What We're Looking For

2 years of experience in similar positions. Proven experience in leading teams of 20-30 people. Solid knowledge in Shipping, Picking, and production planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, advanced management of the MLS platform, and analysis of management indicators (KPIs). Availability to work in the morning shift.
