Role Description
The Country Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Santiago, responsible for leading Naran’s launch and growth
This role oversees day-to-day country operations, including fleet performance, driver engagement, and local partner relationships
The Country Manager develops and executes country-specific strategies, manages budgets and KPIs, and ensures compliance with local regulations and company standards
The role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and representing Naran with external stakeholders such as regulators,



financial partners, and mobility platforms
The Country Manager also builds and mentors the local team, fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications
Experience in operations management, country leadership, or general management within mobility, fintech, or related industries.
Strong skills in business strategy, market analysis, and financial oversight, including budgeting and KPI tracking.
Proven ability to build and manage teams, with skills in people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of asset-backed financing, fleet operations, or mobility platforms is highly beneficial.
