We're looking for enthusiastic and talented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and (or) Declarations Writer to join our dynamic team
This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish-English)
Requirements
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based)
Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
