On behalf of Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an HR Specialist – Fresh Graduate.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Santiago, Chile. The HR Specialist will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, working closely with the local business and regional HR teams.

This position is idóneo for a fresh graduate who is highly motivated to develop a long-term career in Human Resources within a global technology company. The role will provide exposure to different HR processes, employee management, HR operations, and business support activities.

Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day HR activities and processes across the organization.
- Work closely with business teams to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with employee-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support HR reporting, documentation, and data management.




- Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on different HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies.
- Use Chinese and English in daily communication with internal stakeholders and regional teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Chinese and English communication skills
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus, but not mandatory
