On behalf of Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an HR Specialist – Fresh Graduate.
Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Santiago, Chile. The HR Specialist will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, working closely with the local business and regional HR teams.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate who is highly motivated to develop a long-term career in Human Resources within a general technology company. The role will provide exposure to different HR processes, employee management, HR operations, and business support activities.

Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR activities and processes across the organization.
Work closely with business teams to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
Assist with employee-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Support HR reporting, documentation, and data management.




Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on different HR projects and initiatives.
Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies.
Use Chinese and English in daily communication with internal stakeholders and regional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Graduated in 2025 or 2026
0–2 years of professional experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent Chinese and English communication skills
Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus, but not mandatory
