: We are looking for a results-driven Utility Sales Manager to develop and expand our business in Chile, focusing on both utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solutions and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Sobre el Rol
: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key market players, and managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and technical-commercial discussions to contract negotiation and project follow-up.

Responsabilidades
:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for utility-scale PV modules and BESS solutions in Chile.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with developers, IPPs, EPC companies, utilities, investors and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of utility-scale solar and energy-storage projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, preparation of commercial proposals, contract negotiation and deal closing.




- Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and coordinate internally to develop competitive solutions.
- Monitor public and private tenders, project pipelines, regulatory developments and market trends related to renewable energy and energy storage.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, strategic partners and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with technical, product, legal, finance, logistics and headquarters teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity updates and customer information in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market intelligence, competitor activities and business-development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, customer meetings and other relevant market activities.

Calificaciones

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
