What You'll Do

Ensure that internal payroll and external contractor payments are processed correctly and that our value propositions and compensation are applied efficiently. Act as a reference for any payroll-related issues and lead the management of the time control tool for operations. Control service levels of benefit providers to meet Mercado Libre's standards and provide solutions to collaborators and internal leaders focusing on user experience.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions (personnel administration, payroll, compensation). Experience managing payroll for over 1,000 employees in high-operation sectors such as mass retail, logistics, warehouse, or transportation. Knowledge of Chilean labor regulations and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
