This role sits at the heart of our execution engine, ensuring seamless delivery of complex product and integration projects across the Andes region.

This position is based in Santiago, Chile, supporting projects across the Andes region, with additional exposure and collaboration on general projects.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, sales, and international teams to deliver excellence to our customers.

Role Summary

As a Project Manager – Customer Delivery,



you will be accountable for managing assigned product and integration projects from handover through execution to warranty closure, ensuring delivery on scope, on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

You will act as a commercial and operational leader, driving project performance, managing risk, and building strong customer relationships, directly impacting revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Scope Management
- Develop and execute detailed project plans (schedule, resources, quality, sourcing, risk)
- Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements (RFI’s, TQ’s, NCR’s)
- Identify critical paths, milestones, and execution priorities

Risk, Contract & Change Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
- Lead change order processes and ensure alignment with clients
- Manage NCR/CAR processes through Intelex in collaboration with Quality teams

Financial & Commercial Management
