What You'll Do
Ensure that packages processed in the service center meet established speed and quality standards. Manage operational relationships with last-mile carriers, defining service levels and implementing joint action plans to ensure compliance. Analyze key indicators of quality, efficiency, and service to design and implement continuous improvement proposals.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. 2 years of work experience in logistics, operations management, or process improvement. Practical knowledge of SQL databases, data visualization tools like Google Looker, and spreadsheets.
