What You'll Do
Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned division. Manage Design and Edit Leads, coaching tactical excellence, and building scalable creative systems. Partner with Creative Team Lead to ensure visual direction aligns with strategy and business goals. Evaluate production bottlenecks and implement creative process enhancements.
What We're Looking For
8+ years in visual design and/or video editing, preferably in an agency setting. Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats. Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creatives. Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
