What You'll Do
Monitor KPIs associated with Places services and propose improvement actions. Manage the assigned Places portfolio, ensuring sustainable long-term relationships. Train and educate Places for proper operation under Mercado Libre standards. Generate reports and analyses to inform operational decisions.
What We're Looking For
Technical or professional training in Engineering, Administration, or related fields is desirable. At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, post-sales, or direct customer service roles. Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and data cleaning.
