What You'll Do
Lead and develop the VIP Account Management team, ensuring high-quality service to high-value players. Oversee the team's VIP player portfolio and handle escalated player situations directly. Track key metrics like retention and player activity, reporting findings to senior management.
What We're Looking For
6+ years in Account Management or B2B/B2C Sales, preferably in online gaming. Proven experience leading or mentoring teams for at least 1-2 years. Full English fluency is required.
